If you are using IE 8 (or an older version), you may experience issues while viewing the Knowledge Base. The most common issue is that graphics within the article are not visible or a box with a red X shows where the graphic should be (as shown below).
IE 8 was released almost 6 years ago. It is no longer able to deal with the complexities of today's modern web.
By January 2016, Microsoft will no longer support IE 8. This will mean any security problems found within IE 8 will not be resolved.
Because of this, we are unable to ensure ongoing functionality of all features within the Knowledge Base if you are using IE 8.
If you experience issues, please upgrade to a newer version of Internet Explorer or use a different browser to view the Knowledge Base.
