When this type of error occurs an email is sent to the merchant with the subject line: "Relay Response Problem"
The body of the email will be similar to the following:
A problem occurred while connecting to the Relay Response URL for Payment Page ID WSP-SA-MPL-53-29.
The receipt for the transaction for which the Relay Response was being sent is:

This email is sent for one of two reasons:
- Merchant server did not receive the transaction results post from First Data Payeezy Gateway
- Merchant server did not respond to the transaction results post within the allotted 25 second time frame
Merchant developers should consult server logs to determine which scenario is the case and take the necessary steps to follow up.
