How to find a specific transaction in Recurring

Plan transactions can be located in any one of the following ways:

  • Select the Plan the transaction is in
  • Select the 'All Transactions' category from the left menu then using the Filter Transactions tool
  • Or, if relevant, choose one of the 'Added Today', 'Updated Today', or 'Expiring' categories

If the transaction is not immediately visible from within the Plan or category listing, it may be found with the Filter Transactions tool using either credit card number, cardholder name, or reference number as the search criteria.

Simply enter a search parameter then press the "Filter Transactions" button. If the transaction is found it will appear in the listing below.
