In order to enter CVD/CVV2 data in the RPM, the terminal type must be set to "Mail Order/Telephone Order (CVV2)".
To change your terminal type:
- Log in as an administrator to First Data Payeezy Gateway Real-time Payment Manager (RPM)
- Go to the Terminals section in Administration
- Select the terminal in question
- Under Details scroll down to the Type field. Select Mail Order/Telephone Order (CVV2) and click Update.
